Looking for recommendations for 3 or 4 color griddlers.

Do you want easy or challenging? If you have a few hours, try 36090 Lapdog or 30444 Koala, both by Andreasss

If you're into multis then I will suggest like in paradise by Andreasss, which is a moderately hard 12 part puzzle, with 3-6 colors. I think you will probably find that most parts are solved using 3 color logic. I've actually only solved 3 parts so far, so I can't really tell you what the others are like.
