Forum:
We have a new forum, with more options and advantages than ever before.

(*) People who couldn't get into the old forum because it was located in port 8080 will be able to use the new one.

(*) The new forum is open to all. It isn't required to register or to sign in. Guests, however, can only read the text.

(*) The forum offers RSS feed.

(*) Registered users can edit and/or delete their own posts within one hour.

(*) Recent Posts: If you want to view the posts submitted recently, click on the Recent Post tab. Posts you haven't visited appear in boldface font.

(*) Watchlist: It is possible to follow a thread, a subcategory or a whole category. These options are available through the Actions buttons. Click on My Watchlist tab to get the list of all the threads and categories you watch.

(*) Email notifications: The emails contain the complete text of the post. The link at the bottom of the email will take you directly to the post. You'll need to sign in if you want to reply.

(*) Attachments: You can attach 5 files to a message.
The maximum size of each attachment is 300KB.
The enabled formats are: .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .txt, .doc, .xls.

Note: If you want to preview your message before posting - attach the files after the preview. Otherwise, the attachments are gone and you'll need to attach them again.

(*) Search is done on all of the text. You can search a word (i.e.: multi) or part of a word (i.e.: multi* or mul?i). The minimum search level is 3 characters.

(*) The Search result is given by relevance. If you place the mouse over the Message column - the beginning of the thread will pop up.

(*) The new forum is multilingual. Although still in the process of translation, in the future it will be available in all languages. Please note that only the forum interface will be translated. The posts remain in the original language submitted.


My Account:
Through My Account, under the Welcome button at the top, you can:

(*) Change your Avatar. The size of an avatar is 100x120. If the image is bigger - the system reduces the size to the max.

(*) Select the Language you want to want to use.

(*) Set the Time Zone. The default time zone is GMT. If you want to see the time stamp of the forum posts and the Site Events in your local time zone - change "Time Zone" to your local.

(*) Change the Greeting at the header.

(*) Use all other options available in the page.


Site News:
(*) RSS feed is available for the Site News as well.

(*) You can search through the Site News Archive.

(*) You are welcome to post replies to the news.


Site Events (G-Match):
If you want to know the time of the next G-Match - click on the Events tab in Main page. If you set the time zone to your local time - the time will be accordingly. On the day of the event the details appear on Main page.
